particular when processing by automatic machines you need consider a
number of factors, such as material roughness, hardness class, shape of
processed pieces, type of machine used and finishing degree required in order to get a perfect
performance of disks. To meet all needs, our range of items includes
greatly different products which can be then conformed to the most
different conditions of use and application. |

IMPREGNATIONS:
All the disks, in particular the sisal ones, can be manufactured by the
impregnation technique whose aim is to give the polishing cloth quality,
hardness, resistance and elasticity required for each processing.
Our
impregnation types are as follows:
Orange colour: soft
dry
Red colour:
soft elastic
Blue colour:
semi-stiff
Green colour:
stiff elastic
Yellow colour:
stiff dry
Diameters and internal holes: disks are
supplied with internal holes having the following diameters: Diameter mm.
55 - 8O - 110 - 130 - 180 - 230
with metal clip, (where specific flanges are added,
the hole is reduced to the same diameter as the mandrel used).
You can
also require reducton by cardboard for each disk.
External
diameters and special holes upon demand.
